Kitchens in Pittsburgh

The kitchen is the heart of the home — designed, built, and finished around how you actually cook.

Our Approach

How we think about kitchens.

A successful kitchen renovation is not only about cabinets and countertops — it's about smart layout planning, quality materials, and making decisions that fit your lifestyle and budget. Every ICR kitchen is built with a balance of function, durability, and style so the space works just as well as it looks.

Ranges shown are planning numbers — not quotes. The actual number for your home depends on what we find behind the walls, your specific selections, and the geometry of the existing space. The conversation starts with a 30-minute walk-through.

Frequently Asked

Questions we hear
every week.

Do you design in-house or do I bring my own designer?+
Both work. Our in-house design team handles most projects end-to-end. If you’re already working with an architect or kitchen designer, we’ll build to their drawings and coordinate throughout.
How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?+
Six to twelve weeks on site once demolition begins, depending on scope. Design, cabinet lead times, and permit pulls add another 8–16 weeks upstream. We’ll give you an accurate timeline after the first walk-through.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?+
Yes — the majority of our clients do. We set up a temporary kitchen in the dining room, seal off the work zone with plastic and zip walls, and clean the finished surfaces of the rest of the house every Friday.
What's actually included in the investment range?+
Everything labor and material. Cabinetry, stone, tile, appliances, plumbing, electrical, flooring transitions, drywall, paint, and project management. No surprise change orders unless scope changes.
