How we handle
your information.
Plain-English summary of what we collect when you visit this site or book a consultation, how we use it, and what your rights are. Last updated May 2, 2026.
Who we are
Integrated Contracting & Renovations, LLC (“ICR,” “we,” “us”) is a Pennsylvania-licensed design-build firm operating from 999 Killarney Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15234. We’re the people you reach when you submit the contact form on this site, so we’re also the people responsible for your information once you do.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. Specifically:
- Consultation form submissions: the name, email address, phone number, and project address you enter into our contact form, plus the project description, investment range, and how you heard about us. When you select an address, we capture its latitude and longitude so we can map your project location.
- Communication you initiate: emails, calls, or text messages you send to us during the consultation and project process.
- Project records: if you become a client, contracts, change orders, payment records, photos of your home (used internally and, with permission, in our portfolio), and project communications.
- Aggregate website analytics (planned): we are setting up a privacy-first analytics service (Plausible) that records page views, referring sites, and approximate country — without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. No personal information is stored.
We do not collect biometric data, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or government IDs through this website. If a project requires any of those (rare — usually only for large financed projects), we’ll collect them directly through secure channels with the relevant lender, not through this site.
How we use it
We use your information for the reason you gave it to us:
- Scheduling and conducting your consultation
- Quoting your project and producing contracts
- Communicating with you during the build
- Sending invoices and processing payments
- Maintaining tax and contract records as required by Pennsylvania law
- Improving our services based on aggregate website usage patterns
We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional texts. If that ever changes, we’ll ask for explicit opt-in consent before adding you to any list.
Who we share it with
Your information goes to a small number of trusted processors who help us run the business. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, ever.
- Monday.com — our customer relationship management system. When you submit the contact form, your details are forwarded to Monday.com so the team can act on the lead. Monday is a U.S.-based SaaS provider with its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider. Standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) are kept by Vercel for security and operational purposes.
- Google Maps — used by our address-autocomplete feature to suggest Pittsburgh-area addresses as you type. Google receives the characters you type into the address field. No other form data is sent to Google.
- Subcontractors and trade partners — if your project requires licensed electricians, master plumbers, structural engineers, or other specialists, we’ll share project address and scope details with them so they can do the work. We don’t share your email or phone unless you authorize direct contact.
- Legal and compliance — we’ll disclose information when required by court order, subpoena, or law (for example, in response to a valid records request from the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office or a contractor licensing inquiry).
How long we keep it
- Active leads: retained for the duration of the consultation cycle.
- Lost or closed leads: retained for 12 months in case you reach back out, then archived or deleted on request.
- Completed project records: retained for 7 years to comply with Pennsylvania contractor record-retention requirements and federal tax obligations.
- Project photography: if used in our portfolio, retained indefinitely. We don’t share photos with personal or recognizable details (license plates, family members’ faces, exterior addresses) without explicit permission.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use cookies on this site for advertising, cross-site tracking, or building user profiles. The only third-party tracking we plan to deploy is Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not record personal information — you don’t need to opt out because there’s nothing to opt out of. Browser session storage is used by some interactive features (like the investment range tool) to remember your selections within a single visit; it’s wiped when you close the tab.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, we’ll honor the following requests at no charge:
- Right to access: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct: ask us to fix anything that’s inaccurate.
- Right to delete: ask us to remove your information. We’ll honor this unless we’re legally required to keep it (active contract, tax records).
- Right to opt out of sale: not applicable — we don’t sell personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: exercising any of these rights won’t affect the service or pricing you receive from us.
To make a request, email admin@icrpgh.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We aim to respond within 30 days.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through this site, contact us at admin@icrpgh.com and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS site-wide, modern hosting infrastructure (Vercel), and a vetted CRM (Monday.com) to keep your information secure in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure — if a breach affecting your information occurs, we’ll notify you within 30 days and explain what happened, what data was affected, and what steps we’re taking.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes (anything that meaningfully expands what we collect, who we share it with, or how long we keep it) will be communicated to active clients and leads by email.
