Renovation Specialist
Hands-on tradesperson on the ICR build team. You’ll work alongside our project managers and lead carpenters on residential renovations across Pittsburgh — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, and the occasional concrete job.
Residential Interior Designer
Residential interior designer to translate client vision into beautiful, livable spaces. Concept through completion, working alongside ICR's project managers and the client.

ICR is a tight design-build team with a portfolio of work we’re genuinely proud of. We don’t chase volume, we don’t cut corners on substrates or waterproofing, and we don’t treat homeowners like a transaction. The work is hard, the standards are real, and the team is invested in each other.
Whoever joins us will work directly with our owners, our project managers, and our clients. Decisions get made quickly. There’s no bureaucratic layer. The downside is the pace; the upside is the autonomy and the impact you have on the work that ships.
