Secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to begin planning and pre-construction preparations.
First Day of Construction
Collected when construction begins, supporting the mobilization of our team and procurement of initial materials.
Milestone Payment
Due upon completion of a significant phase of your project — defined clearly during the planning process.
Post Walk-Through
Final payment collected only after the final walk-through, once all work is complete and approved to your satisfaction.
