A Bethel Park colonial taken on as a large-scale kitchen renovation paired with a full master suite upgrade — the bedroom, primary bath, and closet space rebuilt together as one cohesive scope. Plus a custom bookcase / TV enclosure on the main floor that tied the living room into the same finish language.
The Ask
Rebuild the kitchen and refresh the entire master suite — bedroom, bath, and closet — in one mobilization. Don’t make us choose. And if you can, build us a proper bookcase in the living room while you’re here.
The Design
A transitional-style kitchen with crisp white cabinetry, quartz counters, and a tile backsplash that reads timeless rather than trendy. The master suite reimagined end-to-end — primary bath rebuilt with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and heated floors; the bedroom and closet refinished to match the new palette. The bookcase built-in later — poplar construction, painted to match the adjacent trim, with hidden cable management for the TV.
The Build
Ten weeks on the main scope — kitchen and master suite running in parallel. Phased so the family kept a working secondary bath throughout. Bookcase addition returned later in the year as a one-week punch project once the finish palette from the kitchen was established.
The moment it came together.

Details, from every angle.

“The Fox Terrier project is what we point to when a homeowner asks what design-build can deliver. Kitchen, master suite, finishes — done end-to-end as one continuous decision. Same family, same house, completely different home.”
